Mission Development Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Location: Golden, CO or Remote
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours/week
Position Mission
The Administrative Assistant will support the efforts of Principal Gift Officers in raising revenue and bringing benefactors on mission with FOCUS.
Position Responsibilities
Some of the primary responsibilities, but not all, would include: database entry of gift officer activity; maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings; booking travel; submitting expense reports and invoices; hosting online Teams and Zoom meetings; printing and preparing materials for mailing as requested.

- A practicing Catholic or Christian in good standing with the Catholic Church. There is no other background, qualification, or experience that can substitute for this requirement
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft applications skills
- Knowledge of expense reimbursement and invoice processing (Chrome River/Imburse system preferred).
- Knowledge of corporate travel management (CTM platform preferred).
Compensation
For this role, we anticipate paying $25/hour.
