
Mission Development Operations Data Manager
Location: Golden, CO or Hybrid
Hours: Full-time
Position Mission
The Data Manager for the Mission Development Department (MD) will support the Mission Development Operations team in the creation, execution and implementation of timely reports as well as developing and maintaining processes ensuring reliability and quality of the data held in core systems. This position will provide valuable insight and assist in the production of key deliverables for the department’s fundraising efforts.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage and Develop Reporting for Forecasting and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain reports that provide results on KPIs for the MD department
- Assist in management and execution of data requests and achieve high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to database maintenance to ensure validity and clarity of reports
- Interface with Gift Operations and Other Relevant Departments:
- Interface with Gift Operations and other departments to make decisions on different data processes
- Ensure consequential information related to Major Giving efforts is accurate from inception through delivery of reports within the MD team
- Maintain and develop documentation repository for data governance activities internally and interdepartmentally
- Stewardship:
- Develop and maintain reporting and notification systems to ensure appropriate stewardship activities are completed for received gifts
- Communicate with MD Portfolio Managers and Officers regarding receipt of gifts and stewardship expectations
- Cultivate Divine Intimacy:
- Personal prayer and/or daily Mass, when possible
- Avail yourself of other spiritual opportunities
- Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, and maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people outside of FOCUS
- Live out the moral life in Christ
Qualifications
- Relevant experience or staff leadership with FOCUS preferred
- Undergraduate degree in related technical field (Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, we anticipate paying $72,000 - $84,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
