Campaign Manager

Position Mission
The Campaign Manager will be a critical leader within the FOCUS Mission Foundation, responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of the campaign. This individual will serve as the central coordinator of campaign strategy, prospect management, leadership engagement, reporting, and campaign communications. The Campaign Manager will work closely with executive leadership, trustees, Mission Development officers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain momentum, accountability, and alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning and Strategy: oversee development and execution of campaign plan and timeline; coordinate planning efforts with leadership and consultants; ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track; identify risks and opportunities; maintain alignment with organizational priorities
- Prospect Management, Reporting and Analytics: oversee campaign prospect tracking, pipeline management and counting procedures; partner with Prospect Development and Mission Development teams; monitor campaign metrics and progress; develop dashboards and reports; ensure data integrity; provide performance analysis
- Leadership and Trustee Engagement: develop agendas and materials for trustee meetings; coordinate trustee communications; partner with development officers to keep trustees informed; prepare updates for leadership and boards; support leadership recruitment and stewardship; facilitate accountability
- Case for Support and Campaign Materials: oversee development and refinement of the campaign materials, proposals and presentations; ensure consistency with FOCUS and FMF messaging; maintain campaign collateral
Cultivate Divine Intimacy:
- Personal prayer and/or daily Mass, when possible
- Avail yourself of other spiritual opportunities
- Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, and maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people outside of FOCUS
- Live out the moral life in Christ
- A practicing Catholic or Christian in good standing with the Catholic Church. There is no other background, qualification, or experience that can substitute for this requirement
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, we anticipate paying $70,000 - $85,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
